TWO WEEKS IN never enough!

How can you possibly

...see your friends at your favorite restaurants

...and still have time to see some properties for my clients?

I know it's rough, but somebody's got to do it.

Because I want to do justice to everything I saw,

this blog is just intended to give you a tease.

l know you'll agree with me after you see the individual blogs.

So, let's start at the beginning.

The first "hotel" was a magnificent Villa in the heart of the city,

suitable for relaxing or business.

In addition to its 12 luxury bedrooms and suites,

there's a magnificent living room, dining room, library,

as well as an exercise room, spa,

while outside are beautiful Italian gardens.

It's a Villa where luxurious antiquity meets today.

I also visited two hotels, both recently renovated.

I don't know which one is better than the other.

They're both 5* deluxe...the deluxe is my own opinion.

One has magnificent views from the rooftop terrace.

And there's a 7th floor private terrace

for 50 guests that overlooks Rome.

The other has a private Cigar Lounge,

as well as a rooftop swimming pool.

Which ever you choose, you can't go wrong.

The last hotel was still in the process of renovation.

When I saw it, I wondered what renovation was needed.

It will be completed in time for my blog.

And, of course, I enjoyed my favorite restaurants plus some new ones

including a roof-top department store restaurant

with a beautiful sunset view.

I'll be celebrating my BIG birthday in one of these restaurants

on November 2nd, il giorno dei morti.

More to follow.
